Priority Pass deposits for Wrestlepalooza are non-refundable. You have until the day before the event to apply your deposit toward an On Location package. If you choose not to convert your deposit into a package for Wrestlepalooza, you can roll your deposit into a credit that can be used toward a future WWE event with On Location. Credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued. To roll your deposit into a credit, you must contact an On Location representative before the event date.
Please note: Deposits not used or converted by the event date are no longer eligible for credit and cannot be refunded.
Priority Access Deposits can be applied at the time of checkout when selecting your event package on our website. Please make sure you are logged into your On Location account when booking so all available deposits for this event can be applied. If the option to apply your deposit at checkout is not available, please reach out to us HERE.
Accessible seating options vary by venue and event. If you require accessible seating, please contact us HERE before completing your purchase so we can discuss availability with you.
A detailed digital event guide will be sent via email approximately 7–10 days before the event. This will include your full itinerary and all essential information.
Parking is not included in this package. Please refer to the venue’s website for more information regarding parking.
You will be able to transfer the event tickets via AXS once you receive them, using the email associated with your booking. The hospitality portion of your order will not be transferred with the tickets. If you would like to transfer the hospitality portion of your package, please reach out to us HERE to provide the names of those attending. This ensures that they can access all elements of the package.
All packages are non-refundable once confirmed.
As the official hospitality provider of WWE, our ticket packages come inclusive of hospitality benefits. If you're only looking for tickets, we recommend purchasing directly through the official ticketing outlet for event, AXS.
Access to these events will be included in our All-Access specific packages.
Hotel accommodations are not included in our packages for this event.
Yes. A 50% deposit will be due at the time of purchase, and the remaining balance will be split evenly with payments due on the 5th of each month, with the final payment date of November 12th.
All of our Ticket+ packages (Silver, Gold, Champion), as well as our All-Access packages (Gold, Champion, Elite) will include Superstar Appearances at the Pre-Show Hospitality (available at Kickoff Party for Silver packages). While we aim to facilitate interactions with Superstars, autographs, photo ops, or personal meet & greets are not included or guaranteed.
No. Packages are sold as all-inclusive, and these package elements cannot be changed, and are not interchangeable with our other packages for this event.
If your package is not confirmed or paid in full, ticket upgrades may be accommodated. Just reach out to our Guest Services team HERE to do so.
The name on canvas inclusion is only available in our All-Access Elite packages. Prior to the event, our team will reach out to guests to confirm the names that will be displayed on the canvas. Canvases will be shipped to guests 4-5 months post-event.
The wildlife experience included in our All-Access packages (Gold, Champion, Elite) will take place on Sunday evening. Exact timing will be shared closer to the event.
No. Silver package purchasers do not have the Pre-Show Hospitality included. These guests will have access to the Friday Night Kickoff Party instead.
No. Exact timing of the event will be shared closer to the event, but it will not conflict with Smackdown.
